Role Profile
This is for the dedicated service 1st line voice team which manages the premium bucket customers. The team
will not be a pure play service desk - but will do dual role of both service desk and 1st line.
Role description1)Will be a part of the voice 1st line team which operates 24x7 and takes care of the entire 1st level
investigations work for Dedicated Service Customers and the work involves incident management,
vendor engagements, and coordination with 2nd line teams.
2) Operational impact - as the team is face of Vodafone for the customers. As the name suggests, this
team is part of Dedicated Services which has premium customers.
3) Involves Vendor engagements
4)Team work is expected as SD has to work closely with resolving agencies for driving the incident
5) Have to be innovative as the team is customer facing
Desired ProfileEssential –, Thorough knowledge of Cisco network elements (hands-on).
Desired – CCNA Voice / CIPT / IPT / IPCC/ MPLS /IPVN . Transmission knowledge, Exposure / experience working on Remedy/Service now / Netcool / Infovista / Smarts, knowledge of carrier level network topologies
Educational QualificationEssential – Diploma / Engineering / Graduate
