Job description

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a SAP Digital Manufacturing Consultant. The SAP Digital Manufacturing Consultant will be responsible for providing specialized knowledge of supply chain management, manufacturing, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) to clients. The role will require some work from home, but the consultant will also be located in India. Daily tasks include analyzing existing client systems, identifying process improvement opportunities, configuring SAP DM/BTP for projects, and implementing solutions. Qualifications 3+ years experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing/BTP solutions Experience in at least 1 full SAP DM implementation 5+ years Implementation experience in SAP ME or SAP MII Experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Strong oral and written communication skills (English fluency required, Arabic fluency a plus) Experience with SAP S4 HANA and SAP Production Planning is a plus. Experience with SAP PP, QM, PM, EWM implementation/configuration a plus Working knowledge of manufacturing execution systems, data historians, analytics, business intelligence tools, or industrial control systems (SCADA, DCS, PLC) a plus Working knowledge of industrial protocols such as OPC and MQTTS a plus Working knowledge of UI5/Python/SQL/Javascript a plus. Ability to conduct business processes analysis to identify improvement opportunities. Excellent project management and communication skills Bachelor's degree in BE/B.Tech or a related field Demonstrated problem solving, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills. Willingness to travel as required (up to 50%) Responsibilities: • Build trust-based client relationships. • Manage projects with a mix of autonomy and critical team collaboration. • Perform current client technology and process assessments to define future strategies and implementation plans. • Conduct client-facing requirements gathering sessions. • Lead solution blueprinting sessions. • Perform and coordinate system testing. • Coordinate project implementation methodology. • Maintain functional and technical documentation. • Create and deliver client training materials and sessions. • Perform product integration demonstrations and pre-sales activities.Job tags
