Audit Manager Essential Skills

• In-depth knowledge of GAAP guidelines and Sarbanes-Oxley rules and regulations
• Strong background and experience with audit methodologies and techniques
• Prior success conducting external or internal audits
• Ability to build relationships while asking tough questions
• Excellent written and oral skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills

1. Experience of Internal Audit & Management Audits.

2. Good knowledge of Audit methodology, CAAT Tools, Control functions.

4. Candidates having past experience with CA firms and exposure in handling corporate clients will be desirable.
