Job Title: Corporate Communications Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Communications Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and managing strategic internal and external communication programs with the aim of strengthening our public image. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Report Drafting and Formatting Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting polished and impactful reports and presentations that effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences. You will possess exceptional writing skills, meticulous formatting abilities, and a keen eye for detail, ensuring all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently draft and format various reports, proposals, feasibility studies, and other business documents, including technical summaries, executive summaries, and data-driven analyses.
• Apply consistent formatting and styles based on established internal brand guidelines and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather accurate and relevant data, translate technical information into clear and concise writing, and ensure factual accuracy.
• Proactively research and stay updated on new trends and best practices in report writing and presentation design.
• Develop and execute the company's corporate communications strategies that we will enhance our corporate image.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure the marketing materials have a consistent messaging.
• Create content for press releases, newsletters, etc. by working with other stakeholders.
• Ensure our blog posts, articles, social media content, and press releases align with our brand guidelines.
• Design and develop visually appealing and informative presentations using PowerPoint, incorporating data visualizations, charts, and graphs to enhance clarity and engagement.
• Proofread and edit documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and overall clarity, ensuring high-quality and error-free deliverables.
• Maintain organized document repositories and filing systems for efficient retrieval and future reference.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across various departments to understand reporting needs and deliver impactful presentations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years experience in a related position.
• Strong project management and corporate communications skills.
• Working knowledge of customer relationship software, HubSpot and Salesforce preferred.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Experience in an agency setting is a plus.
• Basic HTML knowledge and experience using content management system CMS is a plus.

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with advanced formatting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt writing style to different audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous proofreading abilities.
• Clear understanding of technical writing principles and the ability to translate complex information into clear and concise language.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and flexible work environment.
• Bonus Points:
• Knowledge of industry-specific reporting standards (e.g., APA, MLA, etc.).
• Experience with graphic design principles and presentation software.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
