We are having Openings Lead DCR Application Developer for one of our MNC Manufacturing company in Bangalore location.Payroll : Quess. Position : C2H ( Contract to hire ). Experience : 7 to 9 Years. Relevant Exp : Minimum should be 5 Years. Skills : React JS / Svelte JS, Rest API, FED (JQ, JS, Angular), BED (Rest API, Node.js, PHP), Digital Marketing Domain. Location : Bangalore. Work Mode : Hybrid ( 3 days WFO , 2 days WFH ). Interview Mode : Virtual.Skills : React JS / Svelte JS Rest API Frontend Development (FED) : jQuery (JQ), JavaScript (JS), Angular Backend Development (BED) : Rest API, Node.js, PHP Digital Marketing Domain expertise Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Application Developer with 7-9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in frontend and backend development technologies, with a focus on React JS, Svelte JS, Rest API, and digital marketing domain knowledge. Responsibilities : Technical Leadership :- Lead the development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining web applications in the digital marketing domain. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Frontend Development : - Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React JS, Svelte JS, and other frontend frameworks/libraries. - Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into functional web applications. Backend Development : - Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js, PHP, or other backend technologies to support frontend functionalities. - Implement server-side logic and database interactions to ensure seamless data flow and application performance. Integration and Interoperability :- Integrate frontend and backend components to create end-to-end solutions, ensuring interoperability and data consistency. - Collaborate with external systems and APIs to incorporate third-party services into the application ecosystem. Digital Marketing Domain Expertise : - Leverage domain knowledge in digital marketing to understand business requirements and develop solutions tailored to industry needs. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the digital marketing domain, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Quality Assurance : - Implement automated testing strategies for frontend and backend components, ensuring code quality and reliability. - Conduct code reviews and participate in quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of software development. Documentation and Reporting : - Document technical specifications, architecture designs, and development processes for reference and knowledge sharing. - Provide regular status updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7-9 years of experience in software development roles, with expertise in frontend and backend technologies. - Proficiency in React JS, Svelte JS, Rest API, Node.js, PHP, and other relevant frameworks/libraries. - Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and technologies.- Experience leading development teams and delivering end-to-end solutions. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
