THE ROLE:
Reporting into the Customer Operations - Team/ Shift Lead, the Online Customer Operations Associate will help the smooth running of our day to day operations. The candidate will be responsible for liaising with both customers and partners, ensuring that an appropriate response / solution is given to all issues or concerns.
Your role will include the following:
- An accurate and timely response through all communication channels including email / live chat.
- Ensuring high standards of tone and language in all written and verbal communications to all stakeholders.
- Liaising with all stakeholders to resolve all customer complaints in the most efficient and effective manner.
- Shaping and automating the process of how we operate and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Charges, refunds and compensation requests.
- Various relevant KPIs allowing to drive business results and improve the overall customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS - Excellent communication, impeccable spelling and grammar.
- Comfortable with phone calling to get things done.
- Prior experience with Intercom or any other relevant software.
- Email / live chat customer support experience.
- Should be comfortable in multi-tasking in a high-energy environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably for a start-up.
- Any extra European language will be considered an asset.
- Flexibility required.
