Job Title : Talent Acquisition Executive

Required Experience : 1 to 3 years (No fresher/less than 1 year experience)

Job Location : Jaipur

Mode of work : On-Site

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (6 days a week, every last Saturday of the month will be week off)

What We Are Looking In You : Thrillophilia is seeking a talented and motivated TA Executive to join our dynamic business team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, a passion for finding the best talent, and a commitment to promoting Thrillophilia vibrant culture and values.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment :

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers.
• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.
• Conducting orientation programs for new employees and facilitating their onboarding process.

2. Candidate Assessment:

• Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability for positions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and ensure candidates meet the required job competencies.

3. Employee Relations:

• Addressing employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Managing employee disciplinary issues and conflict resolution.
• Organizing employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive work culture.

4. Onboarding :

• Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires to ensure a positive start at Thrillophilia.
• Collaborate with HR and relevant departments to ensure all necessary preparations are made for new employees.

5. Performance Management:

• Implementing performance appraisal systems and conducting regular performance reviews.
• Providing feedback and coaching to employees to improve their performance.
• Identifying training and development needs and coordinating training programs.

6. ATS and HRMS Knowledge:

• Proficiency in using ATS for sourcing and tracking candidates.
• Familiarity with HRMS for managing employee data and generating reports.
• Ability to leverage technology to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends in HR.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruitment Consultant, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
• Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests, etc.)
• Experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
