Senior Manager – RPA COE Experience: 15+ years Location: Noida Education: B.E./ B.Tech. / MCA Key Skills: RPA, Hyper Automation

Key Responsibilities: Responsible to advocate, lead and deliver Hyper automation/ RPA centric digital solutions, helping the industry turn digital disruptions into competitive advantage. Manage a team of 25 consultants and conceptualize, design innovative, future-ready Hyper Automation solutions across the value chain that help business functions, partners, and clients achieve a competitive edge in a rapidly changing market environment. Partner with internal & external stakeholders to formulate Hyper Automation strategy to drive value by enhancing efficiency, customer experience & controllership. Devise a long-term strategic roadmap by aligning business goals, identifying processes to optimize, and choosing right technologies and digital systems. Evaluate the value chain and build an outlook towards opportunities, gaps and demand for a better digital experience. Find optimal solutions for industry challenges (could be either of build or buy); utilize industry expertise Coordinate with domain experts at Sopra Steria and Industry experts to validate Hyper Opportunities. Drive initiatives to create business case (estimates) and get approvals from the sponsors. Assign and drive the solution delivery in collaboration with the designated business units. Setup a framework for end-to-end program management and reporting to stakeholders. Update Stakeholders on progress updates, risks/issues, course corrections etc. Assist the Client partners, Delivery, Solutioning, and Business development team in generating awareness to uptake of the solutions to existing and new clients. Managing and tracking the digital initiatives budget; creating Hyper Automation roadmap for 3-5 years considering existing client base and potential client growth. Ensure IPA COE delvers to its annual and quarterly targets. Ensure IPA COE has maximum visibility in the organisation. Ensure all the consultants in the COE have well defined career and annual capability plans. Effectively managing the performance of the team to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality results. Establish a robust performance management framework and equip the team with necessary tools and support enabling them excel in their roles and exceed expectations. Represent Sopra Steria at different forums, seminars, and conferences.

Candidate Profile: Total experience of more than 15 + years with specific Automation industry experience of at least 10 years. Has proficient domain expertise, agile capabilities, state-of-the-art technological expertise, and automation resources to simplify processes, enhance operating environments, mitigate operational risks, modernize operating models, and boost process efficiency and effectiveness. BFSI Digital transformation/Hyper Automation experience (preferably Banking) of at least 5+ years. Self-motivated and passionate individual with an entrepreneurial mindset. Expertise of identifying opportunities for improvement (in terms of optimizations, automation etc.) within existing processes. S/he should have a good understanding of traditional as well as emerging requirements for (Re)Insurance industry. Proven capacity for overseeing extensive projects and exhibiting cross-functional collaboration. S/he should be able to manage multiple parallel projects, tracking their progress, raising risk/issues, providing regular updates to stakeholders etc. Ability to take ownership for delivery of strategic digital initiative for (Re)Insurance sector touching multiple process areas, Line of Business, geographies, and technologies across the (Re)Insurance value chain. Capability to identify, engage, influence, and build relation with technology partners to propel industry leading digital initiatives for enhancing client experience. S/he should be able to work with functional and technical specialists and build business cases with optimal solutions. Excellence in strategic and analytical problem solving - Quantitative, fact-based approach to team-based problem solving; strategic approach to address issues.
