Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Digidotes. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing
  • Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in web content writing and ad serving platforms
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive website traffic
  • Manage and optimize various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience
  • Create and manage engaging content across digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Manage and supervise junior digital marketing team members, providing guidance and support as needed
