Job description

The candidate should have bench sales experience and must have managed bench sales teams.

Experienced as a bench sales manager or lead, a senior salesperson with skills in maintaining business relationships with clients, vendors, employers, and consultants.

Creative, proactive, and self-directed professional with the ability to interact with all levels of management.

Strong technical recruiting and staffing expertise with a thorough management and business background provides the foundation for building solid business partner relationships.

uses a strategic skill set combined with extensive tactical field experience to drive significant revenue growth and profitability.

Proven ability to work independently and as a part of a team with an ability to deliver within short deadlines.

We are extensively marketing our own H1-B, EAD, OPT/GC/H4 EAD, and CPT consultants who are on bench.

Ability to rapidly absorb new concepts and apply them effectively; innovative problem-solving skills.

Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Quick learner with the ability to work in a challenging environment and deliver quality work.

Should have a strong network of vendors and clients.

Expectations:

They should be able to build new teams from scratch and train freshmen as part of the bench sales process.

Should be able to define new strategies and processes for scaling bench sales while driving profitability.

A go getter and lets get things done attitude is very important.

Should coordinate with OPT Recruiters and Training coordinators very aggressive
