Job Designation:

Manager/ Assistant Manager – Conferences Job Location:

Gurgaon, Haryana Experience : 2-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

● Responsible for speaker acquisition, coordination & all communication as the project (conference) timelines. ● Agenda & topic creation as per the market trends & industry requirements. ● Adhering to all project deadlines for speaker & agenda management and coordination with different stakeholders of the conference. ● Responsible for building pool of speakers for different conferences & reach out to them for their availability ● Coordinating with Speakers & identifying their strength areas & accordingly design their sessions ● Communicating all the required information related to conference & their session to speakers ● Supporting speakers in their session preparations & schedules for preparations ● Help in building rapport with the speaker so that we can leverage the relation for other initiatives ● Coordination with different stakeholders to promote the conference & speakers. Candidate Requirements/Key Abilities: ● Excellent communication skills ● In-depth knowledge of HR & Technology conferences ● Prior experience in HR Function would be preferable. ● Pleasing personality with approach to engaging conversation ● Highly organized with attention to detail and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project. ● Ability to multitask and meet deadlines and willing to extend the working hour if required by project ● Demonstrate initiative and a ‘can do’ approach. ● Email etiquette and Knowledge of MS Office- Excel, Word, Outlook is essentials ● Work in close collaboration with the other team members. ● Comfortable with calling and coordinating for call schedules. Note: Candidate has to be focused towards his/her goal.
