Job description

As a Consulting Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes through our consulting services. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understand their business challenges, and ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our solutions. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through their journey with us from onboarding to renewal, and ensuring they receive maximum value from our services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.

- Understand client business needs and objectives, and align our services to help achieve them.

- Monitor and analyze customer usage patterns to identify opportunities for growth and increased engagement.

- Collaborate with the consulting and technical teams to ensure successful project implementation and resolution of any client issues.

- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunities for service improvement.

- Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally and work with internal teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.

- Develop and execute strategies for account renewal and expansion.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role in the consulting or technology industry.

- Strong understanding of consulting services and the ability to communicate complex concepts to clients clearly.

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client management.
