Job Title: Service Delivery Manager
Demonstrate strong support process knowledge and adhere ITIL process for operations in financial services. Overall >15 years’ experience in ASM, project delivery management, driving continuous improvement, people management and operation management. This includes ensuring capacity management, availability management, systems functionality change estimation, , provides technical expertise and direction in support of software application , continuous service improvements using SRE. He or she will also be accountable for performing estimation, assessment to improve services and escalation management. Responsibilities & Duties: Proficient in toolsets related to RUN services. Functional knowledge in banking & finance and Logistics applications with middleware technology. Extensive experience in installation, Configuration, Administration of ITSM tool Provide IT Roadmap & thought leadership on application & infrastructure migration. Architect and design Test Data Management and Data Masking engagements using tools Guide to Build Test, Development, and Training environments with smaller data sets and mask sensitive data that require less storage and fewer system resources by implementing test data management which lower IT costs and support compliance with privacy regulations. Organizing, facilitating and ensuring follow-up action on issues raised in the meeting. Responsible for collaboration and communication with various teams as needed. Implement continuous improvement using SRE Run ASM governance with clients as well as internally in HCL. Exposure to Cloud (AWS) environment, app migrations is preferred.Job tags
