Associate Director with a leading NBFc.
Location: Ahmedabad As the Telecollections Head at a leading NBFc, you will be responsible for leading and managing the telecollections team to ensure effective recovery of outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relationships. You will develop strategies, implement processes, and oversee operations to maximize collections efficiency and achieve company targets. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive telecollections strategies aligned with the company's objectives to optimize collections performance. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the telecollections team to ensure high performance, adherence to policies, and continuous improvement. Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance telecollections processes and systems to increase productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Performance Monitoring: Implement performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of collections efforts and provide regular reports to management. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all telecollections activities. Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in debt recovery and customer interaction. Customer Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with customers while effectively negotiating payment terms and resolving issues to facilitate debt recovery. Technology Utilization: Leverage technology solutions to streamline telecollections operations, enhance data analytics, and improve decision-making. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as credit, risk management, and legal to address collections-related issues and improve overall business performance. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the telecollections budget, and provide input for forecasting collections targets and expenses. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with third-party collection agencies or vendors, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and quality standards.Job tags
