Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Junior Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling credit card queries and providing exceptional customer support. This is a full-time position located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications And Skills - 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role
- Knowledge of credit card processes and banking procedures
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Data entry and computer skills
- Customer-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to cross-sell products and services
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with inbound customer service process
- Basic understanding of financial and banking concepts
Roles And Responsibilities - Handle inbound credit card queries from customers in a professional and efficient manner
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries and problems
- Assist customers with credit card applications, payments, and account management
- Develop and maintain knowledge of credit card products, policies, and procedures
- Cross-sell additional products and services to customers as opportunities arise
- Ensure all customer interactions are properly logged and documented
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines for quality assurance
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service excellence at all times
