Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Junior Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling credit card queries and providing exceptional customer support. This is a full-time position located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Knowledge of credit card processes and banking procedures
  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Data entry and computer skills
  • Customer-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to cross-sell products and services
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Familiarity with inbound customer service process
  • Basic understanding of financial and banking concepts

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound credit card queries from customers in a professional and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries and problems
  • Assist customers with credit card applications, payments, and account management
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of credit card products, policies, and procedures
  • Cross-sell additional products and services to customers as opportunities arise
  • Ensure all customer interactions are properly logged and documented
  • Adhere to company policies and guidelines for quality assurance
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service excellence at all times
