Job description

Key Skills:
Repair, maintenance & overhauling of following equipment's @ Plant.

1. Diesel locomotives
2. Hydra & higher capacity cranes (75 Ton), Man lifter cranes
3. Sweeping machines, forklift
4. Skid loader (Bobcat)
5. Diesel operated mobile compressor, welding set & DG set's
6. Light motor vehicles. (Fire tender, cars, E-rickshaw, DG set & car's)

Availability of Heavy Equipment for Mines Operations:
To ensure equipment availability as per targets.
Proper planning of spare parts & scheduled maintenance based on OEM recommendations and also conditioned based monitoring.
To reduce the breakdown of equipment to ensure availability for operation.
To improve MTBF & MTTR, Monitor preventive maintenance schedule.
Liaising with stores for spare parts availability, Monitor stock availability of spares, fuel and lubricants.
Take steps for upgrading of existing equipment.
Interact with OEM for major problem & improvement.
To save fuel (Diesel) & Lube and consumption of spares and reduce breakdowns of HEMM equipment.
