Key Responsibilities :
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
• Follow up to the CEO about the daily work.
• Make travel arrangements and travel with the Director
• Knowledge about MS excel and Word
• Take dictation and minutes
• Source office supplies
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs
• Devise and maintain office filing system
Skills we are looking for :
• MBA/BCOM/BBA with more than 1 years of experience.
• Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be part of confidential information.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Ability to be proactive and take the initiative
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Tact and diplomacy
• A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required
