We at YASH Technologies are hiring for Technical Account Manager professionals. Hiring Strategy –

As a part of our growth strategy, we are transforming our business development and account management functions across US, Europe and India. This role is for our GCC/GIC business. At YASH, GCC / GICs in India are part of the global account management structure. Unlike many other competitors, YASH GCC team works closely with India as well as other customer geographies. This is a leadership role that involves business development, regional growth and account management of key accounts. An Account manager is truly a partner, consultant and a problem solver for our customer. Your understanding of broad business processes (through MBA / experience) and your depth of technical understanding (through your past technical experience) makes you a perfect candidate to understand customer business processes, identify their problem areas and help solve those problems using YASH Technologies service offerings.

Responsible for overall growth of assigned account(s) along with Account team Must be able to identify customer business initiatives, budgets and IT programs to drive overall account strategy and execute account plan Identify opportunity areas by being actively plugged in the technical delivery of what the team is doing Build and manage executive-level client and stakeholder relationships and expand project portfolio beyond current opportunities Work as a customer representative within YASH and weave service offerings for customer initiatives Position YASH Service offerings to the customer Help in running specific account based marketing campaigns Build up relationship with alliance partners in the account · Manage P/L Develop and execute division level account plan / business plan along with the larger account team Drive investment decisions, overall positioning and growth strategies

What are we looking for:

Prior experience preferably in managing captive business. Other IT sales experience if relevant. Excellent communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate difficult concepts with customer and internal YASH stakeholders Conceptual understanding of broad enterprise technologies such as ERP, Digital and Infrastructure including latest technology trends Conceptual understanding of broad business processes such as supply chain, HR, finance, manufacturing etc and general industry understanding Experience working with D/V /leadership level customers Expertise in various IT Services engagement models Team Player - extensive experience working with onsite-offshore teams Self-starter who can learn on the job with minimal oversight Strong analytical, problem-solving, innovative-thinking and consultative mindset that leverages structured, logical thinking Other / Miscellaneous MBA from a reputed school - preferably after working at least 2 - 3 years in technical roles
