Job Title: PTC Windchill Solution Architect
Job description
- We are looking for candidate with 6-10 years of experience in PTC Windchill solution architect, PDMLink, PartLinks, Change Management
- Lead development teams to achieve best possible solution within OOTB PTC Windchill
- Organize/participate workshops with business teams. Design concepts and document technical specifications for developers
- Develop and configure PTC Windchill PDMLink functionality as per MAHLE business requirement
- Experience with Windchill Product Data Management
- You coordinate activities between internal departments and software vendor
- You need to align with operations team according to ITIL
- You define the software architecture, data modelling and databases, replication, especially regarding PTC Windchill solutions and design the according PTC landscape in close collaboration with the MAHLE PLM architect
- You carry out business and process specific customizing and configuration inside the PTC Windchill system
Skills and experience:
- You are experienced in the solution and development in various modules like PDMLinks, PartLinks, LCM, Integration, WGM
- You have sound experience in the implementation of PLM processes through standard components and via configuration and customization in PTC Windchill
- You have development experience of PTC Windchill
- You have knowledge of an object-oriented programming language like Java, C++
- You enjoy working in international and multicultural teams and have strong communication skills
- You bring along creativity, logical-structured thinking, and a good portion of technical curiosity
- Proficient in business requirement gathering
- You have fluent English skills
Advantage:
- Knowledge of additional PTC solutions
- Knowledge in connection of PTC solutions into a SAP environment
- Knowledge in connection of PTC solutions to CAD author systems: CATIA V5, UG-NX, Pro/E
- Process knowledge of PLM within automotive industries

- Participation in new projects from IT – infrastructure changes, New implementations affecting/dependent the PLM-PDM system in co-ordination with Germany counterpart.
Education
· UG - B.Tech/B.E./B. Sc - computer science, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable qualification
