Job description
-Identify and research potential clients and target markets to build a robust Job Requirement pipeline.
-Nurture and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
-Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence and brand awareness.
-Develop and execute effective sales & marketing strategies to acquire new clients.
-Understand clients' needs and recommend additional products or services to meet their objectives.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for brand building.
