Job Overview
We are looking for an ITrainer to join our team at Wingsbizpro. As an ITrainer, you will be responsible for providing training to our employees on Paint Product and applications. This is a full-time position based in Jalandhar, Punjab, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience (NOT MORE THAN THREE YEARS) in training and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 2 years of experience as an ITrainer or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Producr Knowledge and applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel to different company locations
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Certification or training in instructional design or adult learning methods is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on The Product and applications used within the company
- Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and interactive exercises
- Assess the training needs of employees and customize training programs accordingly
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
- Provide support and guidance to employees during the training process
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and ensure training materials are updated accordingly
- Collaborate with department heads to identify specific training needs and goals
- Maintain training records and reports for reference
- Travel to different company locations, as required, to deliver training sessions
