Job description
Prospecting: Identifying leads at a particular company that fall under one of Sprinklr sBuyer Personas and could reasonably purchase or be an end-user of Sprinklr s platform.To be used for SDR outreach.
Research: Identifying news, strategies, initiatives, or other relevant or engageable content of either a particular company or particular prospect . Again, to be used in SDRoutreach .
Dashboard Creation: Building customized Benchmarking or Listening dashboards with Champagne to be used within SDR outreach

ACTIVITIES
Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to identify key prospects and areas for opportunity to personalize Sprinklr s positioning.
Conduct secondary research for targeted accounts w.r.t Industry, and Account Insights. Identify opportunities and strategize an approach to create interest.
Use prospecting tools to identify right contacts based on our ICP, verify contact details for SDRs to engage. Build prospect insights to offer personalization during outreach.
Manage Insights and Dashboard requests from SDRs following a 24-hour SLA to project delivery.
Conduct analysis on the engagement social listening data to share actionable insights useful for initial outreach and discovery.
Train the SDRs on platform w.r.t usage and interpretation.
