Job Description
• Perform Active Directory user/group administration, File server security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring and Network Morning
• Provide world class desktop support to our US, and European Customers. You need to be comfortable on the phone with our clients as well as working with remote chat software/remote desktop sessions. We use BOMGAR and TeamViewer to provide remote support.
• O365 administration, Intune and Azure basics required
• Enterprise desktop support engineering is preferable.
• Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates, support internet, intranet, LAN's, WANs, and network segments
• Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed
• Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups
• Install and configure software and hardware.
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and outages.
• Monitoring to ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
• Update system as soon as new version of OS and application software comes out
• Implement the policies for the use of the computer system and network
• Setup security policies for users. Say firewalls and intrusion detection systems
• Remote support specialization to help users with application issues and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and Writing skills are must to interact with the Global Clients.

Roles and Responsibilities
• You will average 10-15 cases a day and the focus is on solving desktop and mobile issues.
• Our clients use the Office365 platform and generally use Intune for MDM.
• Depending on the industry they are in they will have industry specific software as well to troubleshoot.
