Job Description:
- Counselling students and potential PR/WP clients.
- Understand the student s eligibility and requirements and advise them on the available programs.
- Advise students on the application process and language requirements.
- Give clear and accurate information based on study abroad options and visa laws.
- Guide students in identifying and building a career path.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English.
- Follow up with students via emails and phone calls.
- Must be able to research and suggest programs accordingly.
- May be required to multitask such as visa files (Training will be provided)
- Advise Clients about financial support (e.g. HDFC Credila Avanse etc.)
- Able to address the client s queries in consultation with the team.
- Give the parent and/or student all the precise information theyre looking for. Clarifying doubts in filling out forms or doubts of any other nature.
- Regularly Follow up with leads and prioritize them based on highquality (salesqualified leads) and lowquality (marketingqualified leads).
- Ability to convert an aspiring candidate into a prospective lead.
- Possess a customerfirst approach while dealing with and handling inquiries.
- Monitor and keep track of existing client applications and keep them abreast of the latest updates on their applications.
- Raise concerns and look for help when needed.
- Not be a complainer and find opportunities to resolve customer issues.
- Consider problems as opportunities and find every alternative option to deliver solutions.
- Counsel the clients with upgraded immigration information pertaining to their age education work experience language eligibility and chances of immigration. Apprehend the expectations and requirements of the clients and aid them with relevant overseas career opportunities (taking into account all the eligibility factors).
- Participate in exhibitions seminars interview programs or other outreach activities to convert existing leads generated by the marketing team or other conversiongenerating activities.
- Approach educational institutions coaching institutes and similar organisations where there is a high potential for student immigration in Canada.
- Should have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and should be confident enough to speak with students and parents.
- Responsible for timely reporting to the CEO including weeklybyweekly updates.
- Provide feedback or ideas for campaigning or local promotional activities to the marketing team.

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in the use of computer applications includes word processing (MS Word) spreadsheets (Excel) email and Internet searching.
- Candidates with experience in business research legal writing or content writing will be given preference.
