Chief Operating Officer

This is a full-time on-site role in Jaipur for a Chief Operating Officer. The Chief Operating Officer will oversee and manage the daily operations of the company and ensure seamless functioning of different teams. The core responsibilities include both strategic and day-to-day operations management, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and driving company growth and improvement. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Operating Officer must lead by example, driving accountability, fostering teamwork and collaboratively working with all stakeholders.

• Business Planning and Operations Management skills
• Strong analytical skills with a keen understanding of data analysis
• Financial planning and budgeting skills
• Excellent leadership skills with demonstrated ability to create and implement successful strategies
• 8-10 years of relevant work experience in a senior management role with demonstrable success in leading cross-functional teams and meeting financial objectives
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier institution in Business Management, Finance, Engineering or related field. MBA strongly preferred.
