The role of Customer Support at Tech Mahindra is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. The individual in this position will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries resolving technical issues and providing exceptional support for a wide range of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers
- Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint
- Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Documenting customer interactions and transactions
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Contributing to team efforts to achieve customer support targets
- Updating knowledge of products and services through training and selfstudy
- Adhering to customer support policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in IT or related field
- Proven experience in a customer support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problemsolving abilities
- Technical knowledge and understanding of hardware and software products
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes

- Willingness to work in shifts and handle complex customer issues

Job Profile
Have to resolute customers query over on inbound Calls
Should be between 18 to 35 Years
Shift Timing:
Male 24*7 rotational shifts
Females Day Shift 7am to 8 PM (Any 9hrs)
1 Rotational Week Off.
Salary:
HSC Fresher Graduate Fresher (Monthly 17000 in hand )
Any BPO inbound customer service 6 Months of experience (Monthly 19000 in hand)
