Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Coordinator located in Mumbai. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with planning and executing our events. This can include liaising with vendors, designing event packages, negotiating contracts, and promoting our tours and experiences to potential customers. As an Event Coordinator, you will draw up detailed proposals, negotiate costs, build relationships with attendees and manage all aspects of the event on the day.

Qualifications

• Event planning, Event Management, Sales skills
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Creative problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Bachelor's Degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, Marketing or related field is a plus
• Experience with event planning software such as AllSeated is a plus
• Experience with photo and video editing software is a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
