Job Description:

This is a full-time co-founder role with an investment required at Prayanam Industries. As a co-founder, you will be working on identifying new opportunities and establishing business contacts. You will also work closely with the executive team to develop and implement the company's strategic plans, including overseeing fundraising, planning and executing expansion strategies for the business. This role requires the ability to work on-site in Pune.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the company.
• Develop and implement a business plan to achieve the company's goals.
• Oversee all aspects of the company's finance and marketing.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Make significant investments in the company's future.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role in a technology or engineering company.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing business strategies.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for aerospace, defence, and engineering.

Investment:

The successful candidate will be required to make a considerable investment in the company. The amount of investment will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
