Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Dispatcher at Sirhind Logistics. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating logistics activities and communicating with customers and delivery personnel to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. The Dispatcher must be able to adapt to changes in delivery schedules and handle unexpected issues in a timely and effective manner. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and delivery personnel Strong organization and multitasking skills to manage multiple delivery schedules and handle unexpected issues Ability to adapt to new technologies and software systems used for dispatching and tracking delivery vehicles Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in delivery schedules and customer communications Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment Prior experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation is preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferredJob tags
