Our client a leading company multi-specialized digital support agency based out in Ahmedabad.
Job Position
Customer Service Agent Experience: 2+ years
Gender Females only
CTC Best in industry
Job Timings 9.30am to 6.30pm
Responsibilities - Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Following company policies effectively and communicating with customers in a professional and effective manner
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries using the tools and dialog scripts and templates provided.
- Communicating with customers through various channels that are designed to be fast, effective, and efficient.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and escalating them only when necessary
- Learning and knowing our products and services so that you can answer questions in an orderly and timely fashion
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests from clients and working with the technical team to have them executed properly
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Maintaining communication with customers on the company software and keeping all records of all information within the company software and ecosystem
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and make sure they are satisfied and appreciate them.
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.Requirements:
- University/college degree is an asset
- Proficiency in English
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
