Job Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled Screen Printing Operator with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in screen printing and be familiar with various printing techniques. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Screen Printing Operator
- Strong knowledge of screen printing techniques and processes
- Proficient in operating screen printing machines and equipment
- Familiarity with different types of inks and colorants
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Set up and operate screen printing machines to print designs onto various materials
- Load and unload materials onto the machine, ensuring proper alignment
- Mix and prepare inks and colorants according to the specifications
- Adjust machine settings to achieve the desired printing results
- Inspect printed materials for quality and accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the machines
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met
- Keep updated with the latest printing techniques and technologies
