About the Role:
YZERLY is seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset to deliver high-quality TOEIC training and contribute to the professional development of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop TOEIC-focused training materials and curriculum.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to individuals or groups.
- Provide constructive feedback to participants to enhance their language skills.
- Identify areas of improvement for each participant and provide personalized coaching.
- Address specific challenges in listening, reading, speaking, and writing.
- Track and assess the progress of participants in language proficiency.
- Effectively communicate with participants, addressing their concerns and providing guidance.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate training.
- Certification in TOEIC with proven experience in delivering TOEIC training.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to design and implement effective training strategies.
- Strong leadership skills.
