Required Responsibilities:
- Facilitates and guide the development teams in the understanding and application of Scrum and agile principles, practices and methodologies.
- Planning deliverables and helping teams monitor performance.
- Organize and lead scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with other Scrum masters and Agile coaches to enhance the organization’s Agile practices and share knowledge across teams.
- Monitor and track the team’s progress, ensuring adherence to agile metrics and providing regular reports to management on sprint outcomes and team performance.
- Act as liaison between the development team and product owner, ensuring clear communication and understanding of product backlog items.
- Help and coach to remove impediments to the team’s progress and lead the team members in self-organization and cross functionality.
- Assist the producer owner in backlog management and prioritization, ensuring alignment with business objective and stakeholder needs.
- Analyze existing processes and practices, within teams and suggest changes to enhance team’s efficiency.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement through regular feedback and adaptive methodologies.
- Provide training and workshops to trams and stakeholders on agile frameworks and scrum practices.
- Willing and able to receive constructive feedback and advice with growth mindset.
- Ability to dive into details when applicable , ask probing questions, and sense when and how to take actions.
- Experience creating dashboard with difference views, graphs, charts to track team’s progress, backlog health , metrics, performance optimization etc.
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools / communication platforms , effective time zone management to facilitate global team synchronization and proactive approach to address communication gap ensuring transparency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or agile coach, preferable in a software development environment.
- Excellent knowledge of scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Including Scrum, Kanban and Lean.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and coach teams in Agile adoption and continuous improvement.
- Experience with Agile tools and software, such as JIRA, confluence, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in fostering a collaborative team environment and resolving conflicts effectively.
Desired:
- Experience working with modern cloud architecture and platforms.
- Tech background and hands-on
- Experience with JIRA Align.
- Presentation skills using MS PPT or other tools.
