Job description
Responsibilities:
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) application, ensuring alignment with business goals and end-user needs. Understand and optimize the application backend, implemented using .NET, NodeJS Restful API, and relational databases (PostgreSQL and MySQL). Interface with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents. Participate in the design and execution of system testing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as Technical Lead, with at least one year delivering an Adobe AEM project with a team size of 6-8.Certified AEM Sites Architect/Developer preferred. Proven track record of delivering software projects within budget and on-time. Must be familiar with Agile development methodologies. Solid understanding of backend application implementation with relational databases Understanding of backend system design Restful API and Relational DBKnowledge of .NET/NodeJS is good to have. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly convey information to a variety of audiences. Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently. Experience working with U.S. clients and managing geographically dispersed teams. Demonstrable experience in overall application design.
