Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant -Technical PM /Sr BI Lead!
In this role, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Technical Project Manager, preferably with a strong background in the Insurance domain. The ideal candidate should have around of experience in managing Data Modernization projects in the Cloud, Data & Analytics area and Data Operations Production Support. The candidate should be a strong communicator, aggressive in achieving goals, and possess a proven track record in managing internal operations, including Resource Management, Revenue & Profit Management, Hiring, and Billing.
Responsibilities
• Experience in leading a globally distributed team
• Able to identify knowledge gaps and silo’s within the team and resolve these with appropriate development plans
• Identify and nurture talent within the delivery team looking at how this can be used to influence and evolve business
opportunities
• Management of delivery teams which consists of both onsite & remote developers
• Experience delivering in an agile environment and willingness to adopt new practices as the business evolves.
• Focus on continual validation that the development team are continually following best practices.
• Collaborate with team members, other Chubb stakeholders to align on business delivery and BI Strategy.
• Capability to design end to end solutions utilizing QlikSense / Power BI
• Capability to interpret existing solutions and refactor code as required
• Understanding of the SDLC principles and guidelines
• Actively utilizes and implements best practices when delivering solutions
• Expertise in translating data and business requirements into dashboards & interpretable visualizations
• Work with production support to investigate anomalies and if needed perform root cause analysis
• Develop and maintain technical documentation

Minimum Qualifications
· Graduation
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Proficient with report development and visualization best practices utilizing QlikSense or Power BI
• Strong SQL skills. Experienced using RDMS tools such as MS SQL Server, Oracle etc
• With experience in data integration process such as extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) data from various sources
• Strong communication skills (verbal/written) to deliver technical insights and interpret data reports to clients.
• It also helps in understanding and serving the client’s requirements.
• Should have knowledge and experience in prototyping, designing, and requirement analysis
• A strong analytical and logical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work in and lead a team
• Other beneficial skills:
- Proficient in Java/C#/Typescript/Python
- Experience using QlikView
