Job description
Responsibilities
Role & Responsibilities - Preparation of Annual Business Plan, Rolling Plan, Projections & detailed variance analysis pertaining to Aero, Non-Aero, Cargo stream
- Partnering & closely working with commercial, corporate office on routine basis for revenue growth, preventing leakages, generating value
- Monthly closing of books, passing entries, provision, etc.
- Preparation of MIS, Presentation, exception reporting for management on performance
- Scrutiny of Revenue GLs, Customer ledger, Provision
- Ensuring timely billing and collection as per the credit policy and timely accounting
- Monthly MIS and ledger scrutiny
- Ensuring Internal Financial Compliance (IFC) pertaining to revenue
- Ensuring governance, compliance to DoA, SoPs
- Handling Internal Audit, closure of observations
- Handling customers, reconciliations etc
Conceptualizing new ideas for process improvement, driving automation, digitalization, technology interventions
Qualifications Educational Qualification - Postgraduate / MBA in commerce with 10 years of experience from reputed University or,
- ICWAI with 5 years of post-qualification experience or,
- CA with 5 years of post-qualification experience
Experience - 5 Years post qualification experience in Accounts Receivable function, working with / handling a team of finance and accounts, handling customer and GST and TDS relevant to same.
- Exposure in the aviation industry will be an advantage.
Technical / Functional Skills Required - Proficiency in Excel and Power Point Presentations
- Working knowledge of analytical tools – Power BI, Tableau etc.
- Financial Software Package, preferably ERP.
- Knowledge of accounting concepts and taxation
