MProfit is seeking an accomplished and results-driven Head of Sales, with extensive proven work experience in the Wealth Management industry, to lead and drive firm-wide sales initiatives.

As the Head of Sales, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our B2C and B2B sales strategies, with a focus on expanding our customer base and driving significant revenue growth. You will lead a team of sales professionals, overseeing all aspects of the sales process, developing strategies to identify enterprise-level sales opportunities and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute a high-impact enterprise sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives and revenue targets. Lead and inspire a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and achieve sales goals. Collaborate with senior management to define sales objectives, establish performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement in sales processes and methodologies.

Enterprise Sales Growth:

Identify, prioritize, and pursue strategic opportunities within the Wealth Management sector, leveraging your industry knowledge and network to acquire key accounts and secure new business. Drive the expansion of our HNI, Family Office and enterprise customer base through proactive lead generation, targeted prospecting efforts, and the cultivation of relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers. Champion a consultative sales approach, working closely with prospects to understand their unique challenges and objectives, and positioning our solutions as the ideal fit to address their needs.

Revenue Optimization & Sales Pipeline Management:

Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue from existing customer accounts and expand our footprint within client organizations. Oversee the management of the sales pipeline, ensuring timely and effective follow-up on leads, accurate forecasting, and the achievement of sales targets.

Collaboration and Communication:

Foster collaboration and alignment between the sales team and other departments, particularly customer support and product development, to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and the delivery of compelling value propositions to customers. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on sales performance, pipeline status and market trends, informing strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

Customer Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by ensuring a very high standard of pre-sales and post-sales service, fostering a partnership based on mutual success. Proactively address client concerns and escalate issues as needed, ensuring a superior customer experience and driving customer satisfaction & retention.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is an added plus. 10+ years of experience working in Sales within the Wealth Management industry, demonstrating a track record of success in enterprise sales and leadership roles. Extensive familiarity with the Wealth Management domain, with a deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities, along with a robust network that can be leveraged to drive business growth. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth, and exceed sales targets in a competitive market environment. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve exceptional results. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior executives and key stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools, as well as advanced analytical capabilities for sales forecasting and performance analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
