Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced System Admin - Data Entry CRM to join our team. As a System Admin - Data Entry CRM, you will be responsible for managing the company's CRM database and ensuring accurate and timely data entry. This role requires strong system administration skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in CRM software. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in system administration and data entry, preferably in a CRM environment.

- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and principles
- Proficiency in data entry and data management
- Knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
- Familiarity with system administration tools and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Certifications in CRM or system administration are a plus
Roles And Responsibilities - Manage and maintain the company's CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Perform data entry tasks, including entering new leads, contacts, and opportunities into the CRM system
- Regularly review and clean up the CRM database to eliminate duplicates and outdated information
- Generate reports and provide analysis on CRM data to support business decision-making
- Assist with CRM system customization and configuration to meet the organization's specific requirements
- Train and support CRM users on system functionality and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integration and data quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM system issues, working closely with IT support teams
- Stay informed about latest CRM trends and technologies to continuously improve system usage and efficiency
