Post : Service Desk Analyst
Qualification : Any Graduate Experience : 1 to 6 Years
Remuneration : 3 to 5 LPA
SHIFT : US Rotational
Cab : 2 WAY PROVIDED
Location : Bangalore
ï'· Troubleshooting Hardware / Networking/OS related queries of our global customers
over Phone which involves working in different time zones.
ï'· Take calls from Global customers and initiate the right response to them, positively and
professionally.
ï'· Provide remote solutions to problems, probe problems and explain the solution in such
a way that non-technical users understand.
ï'· Willing to work in night shifts.
ï'· Excellent written & spoken communication skills.
