Job description
Toshal Infotech is seeking a talented and experienced Lead QA Engineer to join our team. As a Lead QA Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and execute QA strategies and processes.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the QA team, including hiring, training, and mentoring
- Define, implement, and execute QA strategies and processes
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of defects
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Stay up-to-date with the latest QA tools and technologies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience in creating and implementing QA strategies and processes
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or TestRail
- Knowledge of programming languages like Java or JavaScript
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
