Zone IT Solutions is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Receptionist and Administration Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing phone calls, directing them to team members or taking details
• Capture client/Candidate details in CRM or HR systems
• Managing incoming and outgoing central email
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments for team and clients(including candidate interviews)
• Providing administrative support to various departments as needed
• Ability to do follow-ups with team and external contacts when needed
• Organise and coordinate office events and any online order required for the team
• Assisting with general office duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• 3+ experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Teams
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
