We are looking for the Customer Care Executive position.
For the Successful in the position, here are some responsibilities:
- Managing a team of representatives offering customer support: The customer care executive oversees the performance, productivity, and quality of the customer service team.
- Overseeing the customer service process: The customer care executive ensures that the customer service standards and procedures are followed and maintained.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention: The customer care executive handles escalated or complex customer issues that require their intervention or expertise.
- Creating policies and procedures: The customer care executive develops and implements customer service policies and procedures that align with the companys goals and values.
- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery: The customer care executive designs and conducts training programs for new and existing customer service staff.
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: Up to 22k (as per your interview)
Experience: 3 to 4 Years
