About this opportunity

The candidate will be responsible for SQA testing which involves several systems such as SFDC, SFMC, APPTTUS, ERP systems, web and manufacturing applications with primary focus on CRM applications. This is a cross-functional responsibility involving different groups including IT and Finance users. Successful candidates will have the ability to understand major systems integration between CRM systems and other technologies.

In this role, you will…

• Work with offshore teams.
• Analyze project documents to prepare effective test plans and test cases for CRM applications including SFDC and Apttus
• Publish project sites, plans, and documentation using tools such as Excel, Word, wikis, and MS Project.
• Troubleshoot and quickly come up with solutions related to networks, systems integration between and finance and other applications
• Balance team and individual responsibilities. Willing to go the extra mile to accomplish team goals, must be driven.
• Meets commitments, works independently, accepts accountability, handles change, sets personal standards, stays focused under pressure.
• Tackle problems and takes independent action, seeks out new responsibilities, acts on opportunities, generates new ideas, practices self-development.

In this role, you'll need …

• 5-7 years of work experience as CRM Dev/SQA engineer.
• Good knowledge on SDLC, STLC and SCRUM-AGILE methodology when working with SCRUM team
• 3+yrs of Experience on Salesforce.com standard functionality and features (Sales, Services and Marketing) and general CRM functionalities- mandate
• Knowledge on any bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla etc., and test management tools like TM4J etc., in test execution
• Knowledge on diverse types of testing like performance, load, etc., is a plus
• Knowledge on programing language like java script/python to develop automation test script for CRM functionalities
• Good to have Aptus experience
• Good exploratory skills in identifying and executing Functional and Regression test cases and identifying out of box scenarios for any given functionality
• Strong attention to the subject in identification and reporting of defects/bugs in any given functionality during test execution
• Ability to handle multiple, complex technical projects and have the flexibility to work in a very dynamic environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to adapt to new tools or technologies.
