Job description
4years of relevant Accounts Receivable/ OTC experience is a must.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must.
Professional experience in Accounts Receivable/ Lease Administration is preferred but not a must.
Degree from a four-year college or university program with an emphasis in accounting, finance or related field required. Real Estate experience a strong plus.
Strong analytical skills
Strong commitment to quality, orientation to details.
Ability to complete analyses, reconciliations and communicate results.
Ability to effectively present information to internal department as well as other departments
Should have good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, TEAMS)
Capability to adapt to quickly changing and demanding environment.
