We are looking for an Engineering Manager who will be working as part of one or more account teams and be responsible for ensuring that key projects and engineering duties are fulfilled like answering technical questions, proposing budgets for projects, training new employees, and working with various other departments, prepare reports on the progress of the projects, ability to effectively delegate the work, and ability to address any technical issues that come up in the projects. Job description Roles and Responsibilities Document translation tasks (Requirement documents, Design documents, e-mails, Tickets, etc.) from English to Japanese language and vice versa. Interpretation service during conferences or meetings with counterparts and clients Run/chair project calls across various countries/projects wherever required Language Qualifications Preferably with JLPT N1/N2 competency level For lower JLPT levels (N3/N4), it is a MUST to have strong translation and interpretation skills and good in Insurance related Kanjis & business terms Experience in Translation/Interpretation or Japanese Language Teacher/Instructor Effective written and oral English communication skills Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in person and by email and phone While meeting all the preferred qualifications is not required to apply for a position, it may give applicants a competitive edge.
