Job description
Tech Quadra, a leading technology solutions company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Python Developer with expertise in Django framework to join our innovative development team. As a Python Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications using Python and Django.
Responsibilities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and other developers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Python and Django framework.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the delivery of bug-free software.
- Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and promote code quality and adherence to coding guidelines within the team.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability for high-traffic environments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in Python and Django development.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve development processes, tools, and frameworks.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Python Developer with a strong focus on Django framework.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
- Proficiency in Python programming language and hands-on experience with Django ORM, Django templates, and Django REST framework.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience working with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, is preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, would be an added advantage.
