Role Description The Indian Ethnic Co. is hiring for a full-time Store Executive role. The role will be responsible to lead and oversee the complete operations of the store and deliver a world-class customer experience in stores, and drive same-store-growth.
Job Responsibilities : Maintain the orderly, presentable appearance of the store. Oversee stock and store operations. Attend to all customers coming into the store. Recommend styles to customers by understanding their choice and personality. Analyze the styles that perform well at the store. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a friendly and efficient manner. Requirements : Really good communication skills. Having a fashion or retail background is preferred. Customer-centric with a positive attitude Managed stores, ideally a mix of high street and malls.
