- As a Consultant - Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring the acquisition of top talent for the organization
- You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand their staffing needs and develop effective strategies to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates
- Your primary focus will be on identifying and engaging potential candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating their skills and qualifications, and facilitating the selection and onboarding process
- Key Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and motivation
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and timely process
- Collaborate with hiring teams to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions
- Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers and interview panels in the selection process
