Key Responsibilities - To conduct Production Planning
- To execute Production Control
- To adhere Production Optimization
- To work Order issuance for Production Department
- To request & follow-up of required materials/manpower
- To make the improvement study at Production area (with or without request); collection of mechanical fabrication process time data
- To request improvement on ERP-Work Order issuance for higher issuance efficiency
- To lead team to promote organized work area for productivity.
- To read/write access to Tool Preparation Plan (Established file)
- To execute Mechanical Section supervision
- Authorized to halt production personnel to let them organize their work area.
- To access to ERP-Production Control
- To ensure proper planning, control and optimization of production activities
- To control of Production resources: Man/Machine/Material/ Process
- To adhere Logistics Center Document Control
- To raise alerts on delays/potential problems
- To prepare & update on daily basis Production plan
- To coordinate KPIs/PMS & Training of Logistics Center personnel
- To execute all other tasks as requested by R&D Director or by the immediate Supervisor within the assigned job role.
Skills/Experience: - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology, OR related degree
- 3-5 years’ experience in a production related role, ideally in the manufacturing industries, Oil & Gas Industry
- Excellent knowledge of planning software MP project, Primavera P6 with confirmed usage of it in driving of production
- Knowledge of lean production system, at least basic training
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Must be able to work under high pressure, flexible with work hours & timings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
