Job description
- Should have experience in handling Institutional clients like IT/ITES/ BPO/Airports/ IFM partners like JLL CBRE ISS Hospitals/ Horeca etc.
- Build longterm relationships with clients and ensure that the client s needs are being met.
- Manage the sales pipeline and funnel ensure good sales management processes are in place and adequate visibility to sales activity is provided to management
- Consistent delivery of revenue outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Independently engage with the top management/ decisionmakers of prospective and existing clients.
